Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to get your plumbing job quoted, we pass it to one plumber, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

Information you give us

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address, what is leaking or blocked, the age of the water heater or fixtures if you know it, and any photos of the problem.

Where it goes

Your details go to a single independent plumber serving Waterloo — the one who will quote on your emergency plumbing repairs, clogged drain & sewer cleaning, water heaters & tankless or similar job — and to no one else. That plumber works under their own insurance and any licence the trade requires.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@waterlooplumbingco.ca and we will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it, as Canada's PIPEDA allows. We only text or email you about your own request (CASL); reply STOP at any time.
